Artists can make bookings for themselves. The system automatically mails your customers to ask for deposits that can be paid online, and sends them email/sms reminders the day before their appointment. You can keep track of waitinglists for guestartists, or you can draw a list of customers who wanted to be contacted if they could come in earlier, for example when a no-show happens. There's an option to enter payments received for each appointment. Then the studio can draw lists of all income an artist made, which allows for very easy invoicing. The auto mail after a project is finished can for example ask your customer to leave a review.
